Using GROWTHmapper® you will uncover the strengths and weaknesses within the business whilst gaining an insight into the opportunities to exploit and identify business growth opportunities to explore.
Bespoke coaching and specialist advice where we will work with you and your business, not against it. So, you can improve your business growth and focus on enhancing your good growth plans.
During the programme you will receive in total five subject matter masterclass sessions which are held in groups, covering marketing, digitilisation, net zero, people & skills and finance. The marketing and people & skills sessions are held in person, while the others are on-line.
Our expert local-based client managers have excellent knowledge and connections with other local companies to signpost businesses to.
